If there is such a thing as a Travel Bug, I was born with it! Hi, my name is Virginia Cordes and I founded Savvy Bird Travel because of my passion for travel. I inherited the love of travel from my mother at an early age and this passion led me to a career in the travel industry over the last 25 years. Having traveled since I was an infant, I have always craved seeing new destinations and to further delve into old ones. That craving has only increased as I get older and I find myself always having a trip planned, or at least in the midst of planning one.
I absolutely love the entire journey of travel. From researching, to booking, packing my bags (well maybe not that part, LOL) to enjoying the view from the window. The excitement of disembarking the airplane, ship or train in a new destination just waiting to be explored and experienced has never waned.
Not everyone enjoys or has the time it takes to research and plan a once-in-a-lifetime experience. That's where I come in! I'm here to help you plan your trip. Whatever the reason you’re traveling, I've got you covered. Even if you only need to book a hotel because you’re heading to your family reunion in Petoskey, and you refuse to sleep in your Great Aunt Tallulah’s guest room because it smells like mothballs.
